We want you to be able to send a postcard to your loved one really easily.

Setup

To set things up we need:

  • Some details - so you can login and manage what you send
  • A way to pay
  • Who the photo will go to

You fill all these in on the signup form.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it get sent to the same person each month?

Yes, that's the point. It's a reminder and an easy way to keep in touch with someone you love.

Do I have to pay annually?

There is also the pay-as-you go option, where if you stop supplying the photos, we will stop charging you.

What happens if I forget to supply a photo?

We'll send you a few more reminders. However we'll not charge you for the next photo till you do.

Can I send the same photo to more than one person?

Sure, once you are setup, go to your account and add a recipient to the subscription?

Can I send different photos, or photos more often?

Of course, once you're signed up, you can do all this in your account.

Why are you using direct debit?

We're using direct debit so each time you send a photo we can request the agreed amount. It's simple for you and us.

Where can I send the postcard to?

Pretty much any country is possible.

What happens if I got the address wrong?

We validate addresses before sending, however if the address is valid, that's where it will go. You can easily update the address in your account for the next card.

What about the image quality?

If you take a reasonable photo with a reasonable smartphone then they'll get a great photo through the post. If you crop or chop the photo, it might turn out more grainy. It's meant to be simple - just take or use a candid photo and send it.

We make it as easy as possible for you to send a smile each month.
